Take on a shell and core new build unit and convert it into the 5th site for Urban Greens, the London salad offering of choice.
Having delivered a turnkey solution for the previous 4 stores
S&G were the obvious choice for the 5th. We provide a full turnkey solution for this project including all services, sprinklers and fire stopping linked to the landlord systems. The works were carried out in an occupied building with multiple offices above, restricting the noisy hours on the project. All completed without a single noise complaint. S&G supplied all of the bespoke joinery and metalwork on the project and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We have since completed the following store in Shoreditch and are about to start the 7th.
